After a free 30-minute consultation, I provide 50-minute sessions via video (Google Meet, Zoom) or chat (WhatsApp, Viber), starting with a minimum of four sessions.
Each session starts with a coaching request in the form “I want to…”, and ends with an action plan that the client owns. In between sessions, I propose coaching exercises (such as completing the VIA Character Strengths Survey) but it is up to the client to decide if they want to complete them.
